SOCAR has commissioned a new gas station in Romania, Romanian media reported.
“The gas station was commissioned in the third largest city of Romania – Timisoara. Taking into account this station, the total number of gas stations under the brand SOCAR in Romania reached 41,” the report says.
Currently, gas stations under the SOCAR brand operate in 19 regions of Romania.
As previously reported, SOCAR plans to expand the network of gas stations in Romania to 60 units.
SOCAR has started its activity in the retail market of petroleum products in Romania since 2011. In the period 2011-2017, it invested $ 77.7 million in the creation and expansion of its own network of filling stations in Romania.
