Main tasks:
- Accountable for the respective work packages.
- Manage and lead the resources allocated to and supporting the work package team.
- Act independently on assigned projects and work tasks.
- Responsible for the execution of all work in the work packages to achieve the project objectives.
- Accountable for promoting an HSE and quality mindset as well as commercial awareness.
- Authority on behalf of the System Project Manager to initiate work and/or initiate variation requests to the contract scope of work, related to the respective work packages.
- Financial Authority as per the project-specific project charter and regional guidelines.
- Act as Company representative and single point of contact towards Customer on sub-system and product matters.
- Authority to delegate specific responsibilities and tasks.

Requirements:
Relevant Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Relevant 15 years of professional experience and specific 10 years’ experience with FMC equipment
Good leadership skills. Critical Thinking and Analytical Skills.
Strong process capabilities with good communication skills
Good computer skills and SAP process knowledge
Positive and customer-focused attitude to work
Experience with CAD software.
Strong project management skills
Proven record in training employees about safety and production
Ability to coach and motivate employees
