In January-October 2022, the export of Azerbaijani gas volumes declared at the customs amounted to 18 billion 379 million 849.22 thousand cubic meters, by 23.1% higher than the figure for 10 months of last year, the State Customs Committee of Azerbaijan.
The cost of export gas amounted to $14 billion 653 million 418.68 thousand (an increase of 5 times).
Based on these data, the Caspian Barrel calculated that the average export price of 1,000 cubic meters of Azerbaijani gas for 10 months of this year was $797.25.
Gas supplies in the reporting period accounted for 42.21% of Azerbaijan’s total exports (in January-October 2021 – 17.52%). In 2021, Azerbaijan exported 19.05 bcm of gas.
