Azerbaijan supports OPEC+’s decision to increase daily output by 400,000 barrels

At the 26th OPEC and non-OPEC Ministerial Meeting (ONOMM), Azerbaijan also agreed to increase daily oil production by 400,000 barrels in April to support the reduction in volatility in the global oil market, Report informs, citing Energy Ministry.

According to the ministry, the new deal allows Azerbaijan to increase production by 7,000 barrels to 682,000 barrels in April 2022. The reduction commitment was set at 36,000 barrels.
