Gazprom has raised its forecast for the price of gas exports by 30%
Gazprom has raised the forecast for the average price of gas exports to the European non-CIS countries this year to $ 269.6 per thousand cubic meters. This is 30% more than the previous estimate, according to the gas holding.
“Gazprom has updated its forecast of the average price for the portfolio of long-term contracts for gas supplied by the company to the European non-CIS countries in 2021. The new forecast is 30% higher – $ 269.6 per 1,000 cubic meters”, said in the message.
Earlier, Gazprom announced that it expects to deliver 5.6 bcm of gas via the Nord Stream-2 gas pipeline, the construction of which is almost complete this year.
This means that the company expects to commission the second string of the gas pipeline no later than mid-October.
