Azerbaijan exported 14 million 708.3 thousand tons of oil in the first half of 2020, which is 6% less than the same period in 2019.
According to the State Customs Committee of Azerbaijan, the total cost of oil exported from Azerbaijan during the reporting period amounted to $ 4 billion 216 million 337.1 thousand (a decline of 42.9%).
Gas exports from Azerbaijan in January-June 2020 amounted to 6 billion 656.2 million cubic meters (an increase of 11.3%). The total cost of gas exported from the country during the reporting period amounted to $ 1 billion 457 million 533.4 thousand (an increase of 21.5%).
As reported, in 2019, Azerbaijan exported 31 million 238 thousand tons of oil for $ 14 billion 447 million 114 thousand, gas – 12 billion 210.2 million cubic meters for $ 2 billion 569 million 583.3 thousand.
Azerbaijani gas is currently exported to Georgia and Turkey.
