Position: Production Manager

Qualification

• Degree in Chemical Engineering
• Minimum of 15 years of working experience in the crude oil refining or petrochemical related industry
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the operations, process, and production planning related works at a managerial level 
• Working knowledge of operational excellence new layouts and performance improvement projects
• Working knowledge of trouble shooting, business strategies, and work planning
• Experience in occupational health and safety management
• Ability to effectively work and communicate at all levels
• Good level in both written and verbal English

Job Description

• Managing performance improvement projects in the areas of operations, process, and production planning

• Supporting operational excellence team in making time studies, creating new layouts and overall improvement projects

• revenue and capital budgeting of the department
