- Responsible for the quality assurance and quality control, ensuring that products are meeting the requirements defined by contractual agreements, Governmental Authorities and internal requirements and standards
- Responsible to follow up the quality at site during production, fabrication, test and delivery Ensuring that TechnipFMC requirements and contractual quality requirements are meet in all production phases.
- Responsible for planning and execution of verifications and inspections at site.
- Monitoring that all quality requirements are included for the products.
If not, then report back to product responsible and/or project engineering.
- Reporting of non-conformances to quality requirements within the project and at the Fabricator location.
- Reporting to project and line management.
- Participate at tests to ensure that products are tested according to procedures and are meeting the agreed requirements.
- Witness or monitoring of critical production phases.
- Support Quality Engineers with Pre-production meetings at Fabricator to ensure understanding of quality requirements and site-specific matters.
- Participate in tests to ensure that products are tested according to procedures and are meeting the agreed requirements.
- Perform Final inspection to verify the product quality (Zero Defect Philosophy) and document this with relevant product MCR.
- Report status within own area of responsibility internally and to line management
- Assist the project execution with root cause analysis and risk assessment for site specific issues.
- Support regular verifications on site, e.g. HSE, welding and NDE verifications at Fabricator
- Support Controls with installation of scope and coordination of these activities at Fabricator
- Support Supplier Quality with Process Verifications at Fabricator
- Report status within own area of responsibility internally and to line management
- Train and mentor new employees
- Participate in internal and external Audits as part of an FMC Audit team when required.
- Participate in QN/MRB/SN reviews and meetings, Participate in NRB when required.
- Create and issue FMC delivery documentation and perform (and report) Mechanical Completion.
- Plan, prepare and participate in Pre-production meetings in-house and at suppliers to ensure understanding of project quality requirements.
Required work experience: 15 years of professional experience in Oil & Gas
Education: Relevant Degree in organization/management and certificate in Environmental science.
