| Management of production activities in the field ensuring that process safety, security, environmental, reliability and cost optimization objectives are achievedEnsuring safe site operations and compliance with HSE and process safety standards and requirements. Lead incident investigations, support change management, ensure emergency response preparedness in collaboration with the HSE teamMonitoring and recording of operational parametersDetermination of deviations from the goals, assessment of their impact and criticalityMonitoring KPI and operation parametersFacilitating analysis of the root cause studies, assessment of corrective measures, ensuring implementation. Monitoring the impact of corrective actionsQuarterly analysis of territorial targets. Ensuring that targets are achievable. Adjusting, updating and adapting targets if necessary. Records are updatedActively participate in scope development, provide justification for work items, develop shutdown/startup and outage schedules, and support maintenance and unit shutdown planning and execution through active leadership during the eventScheduling inspections, ensuring all required inspections are performed, coordination with relevant parties, and no resource constraints related to work / affected equipment. Planning and approval of PSSR. Ensuring safe start-up after replacementCoordinating and approving improvements and updates to Standard Operating ProceduresEnsuring compliance with the sample collection scheduleValidation of work permits, extension/revalidation of work permits as necessaryEnsuring reactions to upset cases Work for evaluation and implementation of improvement opportunities | |

| Təhsil: Chemical Engineers Dil biliyi: English Bilik və Bacarıqlar: Experience related to the plant in charge of the chemical industry. Technical experience related to commissioning and decommissioning of the unit.
