Key Accountabilities:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual statements (balance sheets and income statements)
- Forecast costs and revenues
- Manage tax payments
- Organize internal audits
- Prepare budgets (for the entire company and by department)
- Monitor and report on accounting discrepancies
- Conduct detailed risk analyses to assess potential investments
- Analyze financial trends
- Perform month-end and year-end close processes
- Reporting to the Accounting Supervisor or other project managers as required.
- Reviewing budgets, including staffing, work plans, and fee structures.
- Providing project managers and clients with timely financial reports and budgets, as well as project forecasts.
- Preparing pre-billing reports for project man nagers to review.
- Preparing actual costs, working capital, and tax reports.
- Monitoring receivable income and supporting project managers with collections.
- Issuing invoices and purchase orders, as well as paying consultant, subcontractor, vendor, and supplier bills.
- Ensuring a steady cash flow by generating, auditing, and sending invoices in a timely manner.
- Updating contracts according to client requirements and reporting associated budget amendments.
Qualifications:
- Educated to Degree Level
Essential Experience and Job Requirements:
- A high-level of communication and interpersonal skills, Project’s financial analysis, preparation of budget, fund planning for short-term and long-term financial requirements
- Good Assets management, Inventory management, Payroll management, Invoicing management, tax reporting.
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal and team building skills with the ability to grasp new concept and deliver them in the most efficient manner
