Position: Plant Protection Lead Engineer
| Responsibilities: |
| Responsible for;• Conducting fire risk assessments, fire hazard analysis and quantitative risk assessments for processing• Consultation with the designer on fire safety issues• Managing the installation of fire safety devices• Fire prevention and incident investigation• Conducting fire prevention training• Support the HSE manager in fire safety issues• Examining existing systems and looking for deficiencies in proactive and reactive barriers.• Contact with the state fire department due to fire incidents• Lead the rescue team if necessary. |

| • Conducting fire risk assessments, fire hazard analysis and quantitative risk assessments for processing• Consultation with the designer on fire safety issues• Managing the installation of fire safety devices• Fire prevention and incident investigation• Conducting fire prevention training• Support the HSE manager in fire safety issues• Examining existing systems and looking for deficiencies in proactive and reactive barriers.• Contact with the state fire department due to fire incidents• Lead the rescue team if necessary.• Minimum 10 years of work experience in crude oil refining or petrochemical industry• Minimum 10 years of experience in HSE (occupational health, technical safety, process safety, environmental protection, plant protection) work fields• Higher education (Engineering)• Experience leading projects and managing resources• Ability to lead a small team• Possess operational decision-making, problem-solving skills and leadership qualities• To be familiar with international standards and regulations related to Fire Safety• Good knowledge of English (both written and spoken)•Ability to work and communicate effectively at all levels• Good MS Office and reporting skills |
