Position: Maintenance Specialist
| Responsibilities: |
| Responsible for;Coordinating and supporting maintenance of equipment such as transformers, electric motors and controls, generators, generating power stations and associated switchgear of medium and high voltage, variable frequency controllers, transformers, UPS & PLC. Ability to read and understand process P&IDs, electrical SLD and schematic diagrams, and Power Management System (PMS), Atmosphere Explosive (ATEX). Knowledge in arc flash hazards & Hazardous area equipment maintenance. EtcCoordinating and supporting electrical equipment sub-contractorsSupporting electrical equipment techniciansGenerating preventive and corrective maintenance plans for equipmentMaking site visits for planning of equipment maintenance activitiesFollowing work progress of maintenance activitiesOn the job training of technicians |
| What we are looking for: |
| Mechanical Technician 2 years’ university degree or technical high schoolMin. 15 years of experience on electrical equipmentsDeep knowledge about electrical equipments like transformers, electric motors and controls, generators, generating power stations and associated switchgear of medium and high voltage, variable frequency controllers, transformers, UPS & PLC. Ability to read and understand process P&IDs, electrical SLD and schematic diagrams, and Power Management System (PMS), Atmosphere Explosive (ATEX). Knowledge in arc flash hazards & Hazardous area equipment maintenance. etc.Maintenance Planning and Programming of electrical equipments experienceSAP PM, Microsoft Office Programs knowledgeMaintenance Planning and ProgrammingRCM and RCA, troubleshooting failuresFamiliar with International standardsWorking on High Voltage Electricity Certificate |
