In January-July 2022, gas exports from Azerbaijan amounted to 12.9 bcm, by 24% more than in the same period last year, the message of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
During the reporting period, 4.8 bcm were supplied to Turkey, 6.5 bcm to Europe, and 1.6 bcm – to Georgia.
in January-July 2022, about 3.2 bcm of gas was supplied to Turkey through the Trans-Anatolian gas pipeline (TANAP).
More than 119.5 bcm of gas have been exported from the “Shah Deniz” field since 2007.
In 2021 Azerbaijan exported 19 bcm of gas; and deliveries to Europe began for the first time, the volume of which amounted to 8.2 bcm.
