The new leadership of SOCAR was instructed to transform it into a transparent international energy company. President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev stated this today.
“As part of the reforms in SOCAR, we are introducing a new management model. SOCAR will finally be transformed into a very transparent international energy company. The new management of the company has been given such a specific instruction,” Aliyev said at a meeting with participants in the international conference “South Caucasus: Development and Cooperation”.
