Based on conservative plans, Transneft plans to maintain oil pumping in 2021 at the level of 2020 and pump 440-450 million tons of oil, Transneft First Vice President Maxim Grishanin said during a teleconference
“Our plans for today are that we will pump 440-450 million tons next year,” he said.”That is, the volume will be approximately at the level of 2020, based on conservative plans,” Grishanin added, noting that there is no clarity about the parameters of the OPEC+ deal for the second quarter.
