Lukoil plans to start industrial oil production at the Rakushechnoye field in the Caspian Sea in 2023, the company said.
The expected or stable level of production is 1.2 million tons of oil per year.
“The proximity to the existing fields of the company allowed optimizing the project of the Rakushechnoye field arrangement by using the existing infrastructure for the preparation and transportation of products, as well as providing energy supply,” the message says.
The products of the Rakushechnoye field will be sent for preparation to the central technological platform of the Filanovsky field and then exported through the Caspian Pipeline Consortium.
* The initial recoverable reserves of the field are estimated at 39 million tons of oil and gas condensate and 33 bcm of gas, Lukoil reported earlier.
