The production at the Turkmenbashi complex of oil refineries (TCOR) in January-May 2018 increased by 24% compared to the same period last year, news Agency MEDIA-TURKMEN ORIENT.
Currently, TCOR is the main producer of Turkmen products with high added value. The increase in its development indicates the successful implementation of state programs to increase the production of export-oriented goods in demand in the international market, as well as increasing investment in the development of this enterprise.
The main growth of production at TCOR or five months of this year fell on fuel oil (15.8%), petroleum coke (8.8%) and polypropylene (7.7%), which became one of the main export oil products of Turkmenistan in recent months. Reports from the State commodity exchange indicate that the main oil products of Turkmenistan exported abroad will soon be joined by gasoline, the production of which in January-May 2018, the TCOR ncreased by 2.4%.
