Average Urals oil price went down almost twice in February, reported Finance Ministry

In February average Urals oil price went down by almost twice and totaled $30.55 per barrel, reported the Finance Ministry.

            In January and February 2016 average price of Urals oil totaled $29.69 per barrel.

In January-February 2015 average Urals price was $51.81 per barrel. The budget for fiscal year 2015 is based on the oil price of $50.00, reported TACC.
