In January 2016 Azerbaijan exported 2,725,291 tons of oil, down 4.8% against January 2015.
According to the meters of the Azerbaijan State Customs Committee, in January 2016 2,288,059 tons of oil was exported via the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan (BTC) oil pipeline (of which 212,294 tons of gas condensate from the Shah Deniz field), 376,853 tons via the Baku-Supsa oil pipeline, oil was not exported via the Baku-Novorossiysk oil pipeline and 59,848 tons by railway to the Georgian ports.
According to the customs, the volume of declared exported oil in January 2016 totaled 1,989,186 tons to the amount of $547,341,600.
The customs reported that in January 2016 export of oil products from Azerbaijan totaled 159,646 tons to the amount of $31,109,025.
