From April 1, 2014 oil export customs duty in Kazakhstan will be increased from $60.00 to $80.00 per 1 ton, said Yerbolat Dosayev, Kazakhstan Minister of Economy and Budget Planning, at the session of the government in Astana on Tuesday.
He said the goal of rise in duty is to increase revenues of the budget. He added that owing to this measure, they will increase by 505.5 billion tenge.
In February 2014 the Kazakhstan Ministry of Economy and Budget Planning said that in 2014 revenues of the budget will increase by 130.2 billion tenge at the expense of the difference in currency from earnings from the oil export customs duty (125.7 billion tenge), reported http://oilnews.kz.
