Qualification
- High school or preferably university degree
- Minimum of 15 years of working experience in oil and gas industry preferably in refining or petrochemical field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the maintenance (mechanical, electrical, or instrumentation) related works
- Working knowledge of trouble shooting, and work planning
- Experience in maintenance team management
- Experience in occupational health and technical safety
- Technical drawing and some level of CAD knowledge
- Good command of MS Office programs
- Must be flexible to work in two or three shifts
- Ability to effectively work and communicate at all levels
Job Description
- Managing all maintenance activities (mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation) in the workplace
- Ensuring the machinery and equipment are ready for production anytime
- Performing planned protective and preventative maintenance in accordance to minimized unplanned downtime
- Performing effective diagnosis of breakdowns and timely repair of equipment to maximize availability
- Planning and carrying out the maintenance activities for shutdown (overhaul) periods
- Identifying the critical spare parts, tracking the spare part inventories, and ensuring the purchase of the spare parts
- Working with the team and other department members to produce effective maintenance strategies
- Making record and document all work carried out on all equipment on both paper and computer systems
- Involving in new machinery installation and commissioning processes if required
