Employee is responsible for geography domain revenue targets and NT deployment strategy. Employee develops new business by actively participating in promoting new technology and services offerings. Employee establishes trusted advisor relationships with and understand client’s subsurface challenges. Employee acquires in-depth knowledge of technology and application in client workflows to enable the development of value propositions for NT applications, and supports the PSD organization to ensure the quality of Service Delivery. Employee displaces competition.
Skills:
Increases the revenue of reservoir and production specific tool services and delivers high quality services to clients.
Identifies the competitor activity on unit basis and revenue share basis.
Captures well field data so that the business units will have access to the full well field asset inventory.
Understands the entire market size and potential.
Develops a Sales Plan.
Identifies and documents leads to increase the probability of successfully converting the leads into revenue through effective communication and sharing of the lead within the Organization sales community, both cross Product Line and Function, and geographically.
Participates in Market Segmentation exercise, performs technology gap analysis and help build the GeoMarket strategy.
Captures leads and opportunities for application of differentiated technology packages.
Advises Sales & Commercial on technical requirements and bids clarifications responses.
Promotes cross-Domain / cross-PL solutions.
Reports on competition technology application in the GeoMarket.
Consults on the design, execution of operations to ensure data integrity and alignment with customer end user requirements.
Between acquisition PL’s and SIS, coordinates and QC client data delivery process. Not expected to process job data.
Understands and manages client interpretation issues.
Implements standard processes and workflows to support client technology adoption.
Contributes to the development and implementation of real time monitoring guidelines.
Develops and communicates ideas based on customer needs within technical community.
Actively participates in internal knowledge sharing.
Actively follows SETC and SCMi for career progression and T&D.
Provides mentoring and professional development support to employees on technical career paths and across functions.
Maintains industry visibility through participation in professional societies, technology events and submitting papers.
Contributes to HQ product development cycle and participates in testing of new product and software.
Provides technical training to clients and internal team with learning objectives aligned with business need.
