OPERATIONS SUPPORT SUPERVISOR– OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCY & CI:
Responsible for the overall fluids management portfolio for a major client. Responsibilbities included sales and commercial evaluation and growth, account performance management and cost mangement. I was also responsible for tender evaluation, operation integrity support and account growth through collaborative decision making and strategy development. Overall contract performance through quarterly performance reviews promoted growth opportunities and areas for improvement. Technical sales opportunies were identified and technical sales proposals developed designed to enahnce the technological offering for the client and improve cost efficiency through drilling and completion fluids.
Fluids Project Engineer – Deepwater Projects
Responsible for major drilling fluids projects for top tier clients. Key reponsibilities were providing technical and operational plans for client appraisal and review and post well evaluation. More specifically
. Drilling fluid program development
. Fluids design planning and execution
. Technical fluids evaluation and review
. Hydraulics planning and review
. Displacement performance
. KPI evaluation and continuous improvement
. Supporting Sales function in contract appraisal

• Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.
• Provide technical assistance to various projects as required.
• Ensure technical designs meet internal and customer requirement.
• Support technical integrity and competency by comprehending and supporting the Design-Execute-Evaluate process.
• Collect and collate information of key performance indicators.
• Leading region efforts to reduce spend and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
• Formalizing and employing available technology to support best practice sharing, two-way dialogues and collaborative problem solving.
• Developing a list of potential improvement projects and working to ensure these have an associated value defined.
Experience with managing major clients and establishing collaborative relationships to enhance business development and client expectations. In addition to operationa and sales and commercial function experience, i have signficant experience working in technical services responsible for the design implementation of new technologies. The integrated nature of client operations requires a well rounded knowledge of how inter related commercial, technical and operational functions combine to provide the overall client experience. Understanding how these elements combine to help build the overall strategy for client and vendor business development is a by product of experience related to those seperate but complimentary functions. Working in distinct roles within sales, technical and operational functions is a level of key experience that is required for supervisory roles where these functions exist.
