| RESPONSIBILITY | Provide control, administration, and guidance of designs and specifications for all well control and associated equipment. Provide control, administration, and guidance to the subsea engineering group and consultants. Provide control, administration, and guidance to budget estimating.Provide coordination and overview of activities regarding regulatory design requirements for well control equipment. |
| DUTIES: | Ensure control, security, retention, and archiving of hard copy and electronic technical files.Provide technical expertise to OFE management and vendor surveillance.Manage commissioning of all well control related equipment.Maintain a positive professional work environment free of discrimination and harassment that encourages fairness, creativity, team work, individual development, and recognizes achievements.Ensure long term results are not compromised for short-termexpidiency. |
| QUALIFICATIONS/ EXPERIENCE: | 15 years experience in drilling industry.10 years experience subsea engineering.Technical training in applicable field. |
