Advisor To General Director

JOB SUMMARY
This position is responsible for provision of support in technical and other requested subjects to General Director (GD).
JOB DUTIES
- Development of a concept for production efficiency increasing via Industry 4.0 tools (directions AI, ML, Big Data Analysis)
- Development of a concept for implementation MES
- Advising on new directions of hydrocarbon (naphtha / natural gas, etc.) monetization
- Development of Innovative directions in terms of small-scale and special chemistry
- Review of international events, collection of best practices in the field of business development
- Provision of feedback to GD on plant’s status and outstanding issues.
- Advising about necessary modifications.
- Assisting in evaluation of the effectiveness of technical and business processes designed to help achieving operational, reporting, compliance, and strategic objectives.
REQUIREMENTS
- Coordinate with other departments to assist in determination of engagement scope, work program and timelines;
- Participate in meetings and coordinate internal and external activities upon demand;
- Develop process improvements to strengthen quality and effectiveness of processes;
- Identify areas of improvements and concerns;
- Review and recommend improvements.
EXPERIENCE:
- +15 years
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
- English
- Advanced level of Russian
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
- Good understanding of the principles of building relationships with shareholders, key stakeholders, external and internal clients
- Skills of development and attraction of technologies, in the large-tonnage polymer chemistry and other industries
- Development of the engagement work program in the light of the analysis of business processes and units
- Ability of constructively questioning of issues
- Project portfolio management
- Data mining and analytics
