| Responsibilities: |
| Responsible for;Managing rotating and static equipment maintenance department responsibilities, engineer, and technician teamManaging commissioning activities of the new process plants.Managing producing standards, procedures, checklists etc. documentation according to international standardsManaging maintenance of equipment such as transformers, all compressor type (especially reciprocating), all type of pumps (especially API 610 pumps), turbines, mixers, heat exchangers, furnaces, reactors, column’s, drums etc. repairing and overhauling the equipmentManaging sub-contractors, Managing maintenance budgetSupporting Turnaround departmentto managementParticipating and having active role in Operational excellence activities and Operational readiness activitiesManaging the critical spare parts, tracking the spare part inventories, and ensuring the purchase of the spare partsWorking with the team and other department members to produce effective maintenance strategies Setting Comptency and Training Matrix for related diciplines |
| What we are looking for: |
| Mechanical bachelor’s degree from a reputable universityMin. 10 years of experience Knowledge about mechanical equipments like all compressor type (especially reciprocating), all type of pumps (especially API 610 pumps), turbines, mixers, heat exchangers, furnaces, reactors, column’s, drums. EtcSAP PM, Microsoft Office Programs knowledgeMaintenance Planning and ProgrammingRCM, FMEA, SIL, HAZOP, MOC,PTW and RCA, troubleshooting failuresFamiliar with related API standardsAdvanced English |
