Annual gas production at Shah Deniz increased by 2 bcm

In 2022, about 25 bsm of gas and more than 4 million tons (about 36 million barrels) of condensate were produced from the Shah Deniz field.

Caspian Barrel, referring to information released today by BP-Azerbaijan, states that in 2021 these figures amounted to 23 billion cubic meters of gas and 34 million barrels of condensate.

The production capacity of the existing Shah Deniz facilities is currently around 74 million standard cubic meters per day (over 27 billion per year).
