Position: Punch List Coordinator:
Reporting to Handover Manager is responsible for the monitoring, development and close out of Punch List Process. She/he will also be responsible for following up, tracking and close out of the punches generated during all the stages of the project following up the Handover System Owner assigned priorities with the purpose of Mechanical Completion/Ready For Start Up milestones achievement.
Main responsibilities/duties:
Monitoring and tracking of Punch List activities,
Follow up of punch items close out according to System Owners given priorities,
Attending Systems Mechanical completion Walkdowns for compilation and development of Systems Completion MASTER Punch List, Attending Systems Completion meetings with client and subcontractors, Development of MASTER punch list and populating the CMS system with punch items recorded during MC Walkdown, Keep CMS system up-to-date with status of punch items,
Prepare Punch List status reports,
Collect and file signed documents and supporting evidences of punch items close out,
Assist and help the Client in the process of signing the closed and approved punch items.
Required Skills:
Well organized, methodical and disciplined, Construction background will be an add value
Knowledge of Punch List process and close out methodology
Familiar with CMS systems such as ICAPs, Go Completions, WinPCS, Hexagons, etc.
