In January-August 2022, revenues to the State Oil Fund of Azerbaijan (SOFAZ) from the implementation of the “Shah Deniz” gas project amounted to $1 148 million, the website of SOFAZ.
Over eight months of this year, the state’s profit from Azerbaijan’s largest gas project increased by 8.8 times compared to the corresponding period last year.
SOFAZ notes that in January-August 2022, net profit of the state from the sales of condensate as part of the “Shah Deniz” project amounted e $328.567 million, and gas – $819.433 million.
