How much oil and oil products did Russia supply to the US?

Most of the Russian energy supplies are not oil, but oil products, the statistics from the Energy Information Administration (EIA) of the US Department of Energy.

In terms of supplies of petroleum products, Russia last year ranked second after Canada – 172.586 million barrels. Russia accounted for 20% of the volume of oil products imported to the US last year.

At the same time, only 72.608 million barrels of crude oil was delivered from Russia to the US last year. This is the fourth result after Canada, Mexico, Saudi Arabia. The share of Russia in the total volume of imported oil was only 3.3%. The share of Russia in total US imports of oil and petroleum products for 2021 was 7.9%.
