President Berdimuhamedov instructed the leadership of the fuel and energy complex of Turkmenistan to increase the pace of work in the field of renewable energy sources and hydrogen energy.
This was discussed during the visit by the head of state last week to a plant for the industrial production of environmentally friendly gasoline from natural gas in the Akhal region.
During the meeting of the head of state with the leadership of the fuel and energy complex, it was noted that hydrogen is the fuel of the future, the production and study of which is extremely important in light of the concern of the world community with the problems of climate change.
Also at the meeting, the issue of the implementation of new projects for the development of the gas chemical industry of Turkmenistan was raised.
