A new week of the Corona Virus crisis has opened Europe new minimum gas price levels. Most of all gas fell in price in the UK.
The price for delivery on Tuesday at the British National Balancing Point hub fell to $ 48.5 per thousand cubic meters, and on Wednesday – $ 45.65 (last week the price was at $ 62.5). This is already lower (without any adjustments for transport and export duties) than gas prices in Russia ($ 64 in the western regions of the country).
On the main spot in Europe – the Dutch TTF – gas for delivery on Tuesday costs $ 69.4 per thousand cubic meters compared with the average price of $ 76 last week.
