Head of the National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC) Ali Kardor issued a decree appointing Talin Mansourian as the new caretaker of investment and business at the National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC).
According to NIOC, Ms. Mansourian was appointed to replace Mohammad Mostafavi.
Acquisition of foreign and domestic investments in the form of direct investment, participation, EPCF and EPDF contracts; identifying opportunities for increasing the value creation of the company’s activities and assets, and designing and providing appropriate business proposals; creating a risk management system to offer and help modify the business model of different sectors of the value-chain; designing and optimizing appropriate business models for outsourcing the activities of the National Iranian Oil Company to the private sector, and providing models for financing the necessary investment in future years, are some of the tasks entrusted to Ms. Mansourian in her new post.
