Export of Azerbaijani gas from the Shah Deniz field in January-May 2018 amounted to 3,031.1 million cubic meters (mcm), which is 5.2% lower than the same period last year.
According to the State Statistics Committee of Azerbaijan, the share of gas exports from the Shah Deniz field accounted for 30.6% of all gas transported by trunk gas pipelines in January-May 2018.
In general, the main gas pipelines of Azerbaijan in January-May 2018 transported 9,897 mcm cubic meters, which is 1.2% higher than in January-May 2017.
In 2017, the export of Azerbaijani gas from the Shah Deniz field amounted to 7,314.2 mcm
