Adnan Ahmadzadeh was appointed the Executive Chairman of SOCAR Trading (the “daughter” of SOCAR), SOCAR said.
“Changes took place in the leadership of SOCAR Trading. Adnan Ahmadzadeh was appointed to the post of Executive Chairman of the company. He served as a member of the Board of SOCAR Trading until his current appointment,” the information says.
In addition, Maryam Almaszadeh was appointed to the post of Executive Director of SOCAR Trading, replacing Arzu Azimov in this post. Emil Bayramli was appointed the company’s Financial Director.
“Arzu Azimov will continue his activity in SOCAR Trading, and his new position will be announced in the near future,” the report says. As reported, SOCAR Trading SA started its activity in December 2007. The company is engaged in operations for the sale of oil and gas in international markets.
Currently, the company’s offices operate in Geneva, Singapore, Dubai, London, and Houston.
