The average price of Urals oil was $ 65.99 per barrel in January-February 2018, the Finance Ministry of Russia said.
In 2017, the average quotation of oil prices in the same period was balancing at $ 53.32. Thus, this year, oil prices rose by 23.8%.
In February, the Urals barrel cost $ 63.27, which is 1.18 times higher than in February last year ($ 53.49 per barrel).
The current federal budget for 2017-2019 laid the price of oil at $ 40 per barrel in the first year, followed by an annual indexation of 2%.
