The company Champion Technologies Russia & Caspian BV, an affiliate of the American petrochemical company Champion Technologies, has announced the elimination of its representative office in Baku, says departmental newspaper Vergiler of the Ministry of Taxes.
The creditors of the company may submit their claims within two months at the address: Baku, Yasamal district, Fizuli Street, 49.
The company Champion Technologies to manufacture and supply chemicals was founded in West Texas in 1953 and called Champion Chemicals. It operates in 35 countries.
In 2005, the Champion Technologies subsidiary was established in Moscow. At the same time it won two major tenders in Azerbaijan and Sakhalin – complex contracts for a period of more than 5 years for the supply of oilfield chemicals and provision of services.
