“On the basis of preliminary data, we can see that the decline in production in January amounted to about 1.4 million barrels a day, and some countries have cut more than planned,” said the Russian Minister of Energy Alexander Novak at the meeting with the Russian President Vladimir Putin.
“In January, Russia decreased extraction by 117 thousand barrels per day, which is also more than two times greater than the initial plans of the companies,” said Novak.
“Of the additional revenues obtained today, approximately 70% are received by the state budget,” said Novak.
