SOCAR significantly reduced oil export via northern route

From January to October 2014 SOCAR has shipped 847,352 tons of oil from the Novorossiysk port, which was exported via the Baku-Novorossiysk oil pipeline.

            SOCAR reported that the volume of shipment reduced by 43.4% against the same period in 2013.

            In October 2014 SOCAR shipped 84,769 tons of Azerbaijani oil from the Novorossiysk port.

            During 2013 export of Azerbaijani oil via the northern route totaled 1.75 million tons.
