World oil prices went up on Tuesday against the background of statements of Abdalla El-Badri, President of the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC), about possible reduction of oil production in 2015.
Yesterady price of November futures for Brent Crude oil increased by more than 1% up to $99.05 per barrel. Price of October futures for WTI light oil increased by 0.56% up to $93.44 per 1 barrel.
OPEC President said that in 2015 oil production inthe OPEC member-states could decrease by 500,000 barrels a day to 29.5 million barrels a day from the current about 30 million a day.
El-Badri added that he is not concerned about the recent reduction of oil prices. He expects stabilization of prices by the end of the year.
