According to the payment balance of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan, during quarter 1, 2014 revenues of the country from export of fuel and raw material totaled $7,228,100,000 with total amount of export of $7,503,600,000. This means that 96.3% of export has been ensured at the expense of fuel and raw material.
In quarter 1, 2013 total export of the country reached $8,293,000,000 with the export of fuel and raw material totaling $7,971,400,000 (96.1%)
From January to March 2014 export of oil, oil products and gas totaled $7,138,700,000 against $7,841,800,000 in quarter 1, 2013.
During this period in 2014 income from oil export totaled $6.7 billion: $6.3 billion from export of oil and $413,800,000 from export of oil products. During last year profit totaled $28.5 billion: $26.9 billion from export of oil and $1.6 billion from export of oil products.
In quarter 1, 2014 Azerbaijan International Operation Company (AIOC) exported oil to the amount of $6 billion, while other manufacturers to the amount of $302.9 million. In quarter 1, 2013 AIOC exported products to the amount of $6.6 billion.
During quarter 1, 2014 State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) exported to the amount of $261. 5 million.
Condensate from the Shah Deniz gas field brought a profit SOCAR worth $41.4 million.
