From January to March 2014 the Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC), which exports crude oil from Kazakhstan and Russia through its own pipeline and the offshore terminal near Novorossiysk, has shipped 9,448,805 tons of crude oil to the tankers. During the same period in 2013 the shipment totaled 7,694,632 tons, according to the CPC.
According to the consortium, in March 2014 3,293,300 tons was shipped against 2,687,100 tons in March 2013.
