Kazkhstan Minister of Oil and Gas Uzakbay Karabalin and big participants of the oil products retail market in Kazakhstan have signed the memorandum of cooperation in Astana to use gas as a motor fuel.
Transition of transport from gasoline to liquefied hydrocarbon gas will significantly reduce costs of the car owners and also reduce shortage of light oil products at the Kazakhstan market. In this project we also envisage further expansion of usage of liquefied gas, which is produced on oil and gas refineries of our country,” Karabalin said while signining the memorandum in Astana.
