The European Commission has offered Turkey to start high level talks on the energy issues to improve cooperation between them, Marosh Shefchovich, European Commission Vice President for Energy Affaira, twitted on Thursday.
The agreement has been achieved during the meeting with Turkish Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Taner Yildiz before the session of the Consultative Council of the South Gas Corridor, which took place in Baku on Thursday.
He said the negotiations will start in the near future.
