- University degree in engineering / economy management disciplines
- Having internship/work experience in related fields
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English
- Having strong decision-making, problem-solving skills, and leadership qualities
- Proven capabilities of multi-tasking and working under pressure with deadlines

Job Description
- Devising strategies for cutting costs, increasing revenue, and making key decisions.
- Planning and improving the projects which effects the EBITDA directly in the field of commercial excellence, operational excellence, and supply chain excellence pillars. Improving the projects and maturing them presentable to the top management with the cooperation of cross functional teams and ensure realization of the projects. Following the financial realization of completed projects and reporting the results to top management.
- Leading a project portfolio and should drive the end-to-end process from idea generation level to implementation and monitoring. Troubleshoot current problems and implement solutions.
- To decrease Operational Expenses (OPEX), analysing all cost items in the yearly budget in cooperation with budget unit and providing realization of cost reduction projects.
- Evaluating suggestions received from all functions in the company, detailing them, and providing project realization of suitable ones.
- Analysing business practices and goals; and make suggestions for improvements or company direction.
- Analysing studies/best practices of business’s competitors to help establish objectives and goals (benchmark analyses).
- Aiming to identify and execute multi-functional improvement levers that can create sustainable and measurable impact.
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize the ideas which are sourced by suggestion system, site visits, performance analysis, benchmarking activities and external expert inputs. Perform related activities to transfer the ideas of realized projects.
- Have roles to collect ideas from different sources and analyse data from a variety of primary and secondary sources and effectively communicate findings and insights to the project team in verbal and written form.
