Russia Ready to Invest $1.4 Bn in Serbia’s Gas Transportation System
Vladimir Putin on January 17, following talks with the Serbian President Alexander Vucic, called the number of planned investments in the Turkish Stream branch through Serbia.
“Serbia and I are doing this work. It concerns the development of infrastructure, including transit infrastructure in the Serbian territory. We are ready to invest the necessary resources in it. They will be calculated at about $ 1.4 billion,” he said. In turn, Serbian President Alexander Vucic said his country would not refuse Russian gas, and it cannot and will not overpay for LNG.
