Mentoring to the junior staff and lead engineering for process approach

Location/İş yeri:

Baku, Azerbaijan

Job Responsibilities/Vəzifə öhdəlikləri:

• Communicating and Consulting with the designer on process issue
• Commisioning new unit
• Performing Incident investigations and facilitating Fault Tree, Fishbone etc.
• Conducting process training
• Supporting HSE, Operation, Inspection, Planning, Maintenance etc.
• Monitoring the existing systems and look for troubleshooting and/or increasing efficiency, defining and solving problem

·        Defining process KPI, route map for process, training list

• Communicating with licensor, catalyst and chemical company, technology company like phd, aspen study
• Managing and commissioning new unit project or revamp
• Leading process engineers and chiefs
• Preparing ER, Tender, Bidder evaluation etc.

Qualification Requirements/Kvalifikasiya Tələbləri:

Chemical engineer

Experience Requirements/Təcrübə Tələbləri:

Min 4 year-experience in oil/gas industry

Any other specific requirements/Digər xüsusi tələblər

Engineering education

Advanced English
