MAIN TASKS:
Perform all work tasks according to FMC and customers HSE philosophy.
- Perform all work tasks according to internal and external procedures.
- Show pro-activity and be prepared for upcoming operations.
- Focus on the responsibility as being FMC’s representative against customers and others.
- Responsible for one’s own competence and competence development.
- Responsible for planning and execution of work (HSE, Equipment, Operations, Reporting, Efficiency etc).
- Keep Customer and FMC onshore organization updated on status.
- Reporting of all unwanted events (RUH) to the Client offshore and HES department / Project Manager in Customer Support
Authorized to stop further work, if such work is not according to procedures or HES philosophy.
- Authorized to execute and approve work/testing of equipment onshore and offshore, according to procedures.
Installation and maintenance of FMC equipment offshore and onshore worldwide, according to procedures.
- Installation and maintenance of other equipment offshore and onshore worldwide, according to procedures.
- Ensure that all FMC related operational activities onboard the rig/vessel are carried out in a safe and professional manner
- Ensure that all members of the crew are conversant with and follow HES procedures and regulations and any additional on-site specific safety requirements
- Overall responsibility for FKS Service operations and personnel, including sub-contractors
- Planning and execution of the offshore operations, in accordance with Scope of Work, the relevant procedures and Client Programs
- Ensure, where possible, that the necessary equipment and personnel are in place in good time prior to commencement of operations
- Responsibility for obtaining the necessary signatures required related to hours worked, all spares consumed, deviations from procedures and any additional work outside the scope of work (Site Instructions).
- Overall responsibility for all administration duties on site.
- Daily meetings with customers and FMC onshore organization.
- Provide technical and/or operational assistance to internal projects or customers.
- Ensure his/her crew and necessary equipment are well prepared for ongoing and upcoming operations, and that all work is carried out with high focus on HSE, Quality and efficiency.
- Report to Supervisor if assigned work is not according to one’s qualifications.
- Other necessary work required by the projects Supervisor
- Administrative work in connection with the above work
- Provide technical and/or operational assistance to internal projects or customers.
- Installation and maintenance of FMC equipment offshore and onshore worldwide, according to procedures.
- Installation and maintenance of other equipment offshore and onshore worldwide, according to procedures.
- Provide technical and/or operational assistance to internal projects or customers.
- Responsible for daily training of local tech’s
- Follow monthly training plan, Report to management progress on each employee.
- Have training session both technically and verbally.
- 12 month follow up sessions according to HR web
- Motivate and give constructive feedback during work days. Create team players.
- Solve FNCR tack’s
- Support TFMC base/Offshore team with issues if needed
RECOMMENDED EXPERIENCE AND FORMAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years of oil and gas experience with a strong knowledge of Subsea Control System, 2 Years of which must have been previously Offshore in a supervisory position.
- Documented formal technical education, engineering education or similar.
- Experience from offshore work and/or international operations.
- Completed all mandatory courses to be qualified as Supervisor
- Fluent in English both oral and written
