Equipment Rediness Lead
Key Responsibilities:
Equipment Readiness Lead is responsible for ensuring equipment
packages are prepared and ready for the job at the assigned location.
The Equipment Readiness Lead coordinates equipment-related base
tasks and prepares and closes phases of the Product and Service
Delivery (PSD) process and the job preparation tasks of the Asset
Maintenance process. This person communicates equipment
configuration requests and additional maintenance to the Technology
Lifecycle Management Maintenance Manager and participates in
equipment failure reproduction.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
- Manage equipment demand orders (EDOs) and ensure that equipment
configuration matches EDO.
- Verify and prepare equipment at the Product Line location.
- Arrange third-party inspections.
- Prepare equipment for mobilization.
- Complete the Job Equipment Conformance Assessment section of JRI.
- Support equipment incident investigations, including failure reproduction at
the Product Line location.
- Prepare hand-off and hand-back packages for PSD.
- Receive and schedule equipment basic maintenance,
- Prepare and manage critical spares in accordance with the equipment demand
order.
- Is leading the load out process from Equipment Demand to delivery and
handshake to PSD with continuous improvement approach
