Main Responsibilities:
- At team level, supporting multiple teams in agile adoption
- At program / project level supporting not only the teams but also the associated delivery, support and governance structure
- At enterprise level tackling the more challenging organization level transformation programs
- Agile Training: leading training courses for project teams and / or client teams at all levels through to c-suite
Required Professional and Technical Expertise
- Practitioner level Agile / Kanban / Lean certifications, e.g. CSP, PMI-ACP, ICP-ACC, SAFe-SPC, LeSS Practitioner, PSK, Six Sigma
- 3+ years of experience using one or more of the Agile approaches in an enterprise either from a delivery and/or coaching role through several project life cycles
· 3+ years of business experience of coaching agile teams and / or projects
· Evidential business experience of scaled and / or distributed agile
· 3+ years of project life cycles and experience of systems developmentPreferred Professional and Technical Expertise

6+ years of experience with scaled and / or distributed agile
· CSP certification, SPC Certification positive
· CST, CSTC, CSC – very desirable - Strong Managerial / Team leader skills
Fluency in English and the ability to present in fluent English to multi-national groups is a must.
